This is how the weeks of lessons look inside of Daily Strides Premium…

Suppleness is part 2 of the traditional ‘training scale’ and is essential to your horse being able to fully ‘use himself’ when being ridden. However, many riders fail to really understand how important that suppleness is to their horses way of going – and how to really work your horse to encourage suppleness throughout his body.

In this group of audio programs you will work through a group of exercises that will encourage suppleness not just in the traditional ‘bendy’ terms. You will work in suppling over your horses back, flexion through the poll, and also suppleness of the joints.

I have included the ‘Monday Lesson’, which is the Daily Strides Podcast episode here for you, but also¬†the premium Tuesday and Wednesday lessons.
